Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy and honesty of their listings, including descriptions, photographs, and representations of condition, authenticity, and performance. SecondSwim does not verify seller‑provided information and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing. Sellers must package and ship items responsibly and in a timely manner, but SecondSwim does not assume responsibility for shipping delays, carrier errors, or lost or damaged packages.
Buyers acknowledge and agree that all items purchased through SecondSwim are sold strictly “as‑is,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Buyers assume full responsibility for the condition, safety, and usability of items upon purchase, shipment, arrival, and subsequent use. This includes accepting liability for damage occurring during transit, damage present upon arrival, undisclosed flaws, wear, defects, sizing discrepancies, performance issues, or any other characteristics inherent to pre‑owned goods.
