All content, materials, branding, logos, design elements, text, and intellectual property displayed on the platform are owned by or licensed to SecondSwim and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. No portion of the platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the express written consent of SecondSwim. Users acknowledge that SecondSwim does not own, inspect, manufacture, or guarantee any items listed on the platform and does not participate as a contracting party in transactions between buyers and sellers.
